Terms of Service

These terms govern your clinic's use of Clinic VoiceOps. By signing in or using the service, your clinic agrees to them.

Effective date: 24 June 2026 · Applies to freefast.co and the Clinic VoiceOps service.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between [Registered legal entity name](“FreeFast”, “we”) and the clinic or organisation that uses Clinic VoiceOps (“Clinic”, “you”). If you use the service on behalf of a clinic, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. The service

Clinic VoiceOps provides software for patient operations, including appointment booking, WhatsApp reminders and confirmations, secure report delivery, feedback collection, and, where enabled, AI voice handling. Features available to you depend on your selected plan and configuration.

3. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be a lawfully operating healthcare clinic or provider.
  • Clinic owners/administrators are responsible for the staff accounts they create and the credentials issued to them.
  • You must keep credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Lawful consent:You are the Data Fiduciary for your patients’ data. You must obtain and maintain the consent required to contact patients by WhatsApp/voice and to process their data, in line with the DPDP Act and applicable rules.
  • Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of clinic, doctor, service, and patient information you enter, and for honouring opt-out requests.
  • Acceptable use: No unlawful, misleading, abusive, or spam messaging; no use that violates Meta/WhatsApp policies, telecom regulations, or any third-party rights; no attempt to breach security, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

5. Messaging and third-party platforms

Message delivery depends on third parties (e.g. the WhatsApp Business Cloud API and telecom/voice providers) and on patient devices and networks. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or template rejections caused by those platforms, and you must comply with their policies.

6. Fees and billing

Fees, billing cycle, and taxes (including GST) for your plan are as agreed during onboarding or as shown on your invoice. 7. Not medical advice; no clinical decision-making

Clinic VoiceOps is an operations and communications tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment decisions. Clinical judgement and patient care remain solely with the clinic and its qualified professionals.

8. Intellectual property

We own the software and all related intellectual property. You retain ownership of your clinic and patient data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three (3) months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or legal/security reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, we will return or delete your data as described in our Data Processing & Sub-processors page.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [City, State] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
